Grapes varieties: 100% Zibibbo organically cultivated.
Training system: Espalier.
Harvest period: August.
Maturation: In stainless steel tanks for 5 months, in the bottle for 2 months.
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
Palate: Dry, fresh and sapid with a good acidity.
Serving temperature: Not less than 12/14° c.
Pairings suggestion: Crustaceans and seatood, excellent as aperitif.
