The Oil mill, is located at the heart of Santa Venere. Here we produce our Biological Extra Virgin Olive oil. It’s strategic positioning allows for the Olives to be pressed on the same day they are harvested, which is essential in order to produce the very highest quality oils. Inside the Oil mill, the somewhat antique grinding stones, have been replaced with the latest in modern technology, featuring a Centrifugal Extraction System, benefiting the integrity of the flavour, and the aroma, which characterise our products The Cultivars are: Dolce di Rossano, Carolea, Cassanese, Napoletano. Harvesting with the olive tree shakers begins in the months of November and December; Before bottling takes place, the oil is stored in stainless Steel Storage Tanks.
